I ’ve had this form for times, I do n’t indeed flash back where I got it from, presumably from cooking light but I ’m not sure. What I'm sure of however is that I ’ve made it enough times to know it by heart. It's one of my family’s favorite fashions,cheese cake it's super easy to make and it's actually good for you with the dates walnuts and all.

What I love about it's how spongy the cutlet turns out, not to mention that the mix of cinnamon cardamom and nutmeg along with dates is simply out of this world and to eclipse it off the water you add at the end transforms into an amazing sauce. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and you have one cate you won't forget.


The cutlet has no eggs, so it makes a perfect way to satisfy a sweet tooth if you're submissive or vegan( use margarin rather of adulation)

and1/4 mugs flour


mugs brown sugar


tablespoon baking soda pop


tablespoon baking greasepaint


tablespoon nutmeg


tablespoon cinnamon( voluntary)


tablespoon cardamom( voluntary)


tablespoon swab


mug walnuts


1 mug boiling water


1 tablespoon vanilla


1 mug dates( leveled and diced)


3 soupspoons adulation or margarine


1 and1/2 mug boiling water


1 mug brown sugar


Add 1 mug boiling water to the dates and adulation

In another coliseum blend flour, incinerating greasepaint, incinerating soda pop,1/3 mug brown sugar, walnuts.

Add the date admixture to the flour admixture and stir to combine.


Pour in a non greased visage( do n’t worry it wo n’t stick). In a coliseum dissolve 1 mug brown sugar in 1 and1/2 mugs boiling water also pour them over the cutlet.( Do ntworry.it is written rightly pour water on the cutlet I have n’t gone frenetic! yet!)

Singe in an roaster that you have hotted to 180 C in the middle rack for about 45 twinkles.( The period of time may differ from one roaster to the coming but you'll know it's done when you fit a cutter in the center and it comes out clean)


When you take it out you ’ll see that the water you added OVER the cutlet converted into a sauce UNDER itYou can serve this warm or stupefied it tastes

This isn't a cutlet to take out total of the visage you can cut it in the visage and take it out in pieces.
